KL&P Marketing produced one of the very first online company stores in the industry way back in 1991 for NEC. Since then, we’ve perfected the process. From simple and affordable template designs to custom powerhouses, our online store solutions provide more than just a resource for your employees to purchase company-branded merchandise.
Centralized ordering gives you better control over your graphic standards and branding message. KL&P maintains a library of approved logos and images insuring brand integrity. Marketing and management staff can pre-approve all store items for brand consistency and vision. Carefully selected merchandise conveys the quality and style of your brand, and each selection is a reflection of your entire organization.
StoreScope, our store operations tool, gives you a suite of reports that allow you to track and view the activities of the store. KL&P also can provide a robust set of reports each month. You’ll be able to monitor buying trends, control budgets and forecast future needs like never before.
Wrapping and shipping merchandise to clients or other office locations is handled by shipping professionals instead of your administrative staff. We have the ability to handle whatever shipping needs you have, domestically and internationally, and you have complete control over how the products are packaged and delivered.
With over six million sku’s in our database, you can be sure that your product offerings will meet every budget, every taste. And if you need custom products created, you can now offer it for sale and distribution. KL&P can design and develop your own clothing brand, a proprietary novelty or custom packaging...and at pricing that will make you happy. KL&P’s network of sourcing both overseas and domestically ensures a tight supply chain, and value pricing.
A small example of our online company stores:
The convenience store division of Kroger has almost 800 stores with 9000 employees spread throughout 35 states under 7 different names. Added to this complexity, management was integrating these stores into a common branding look while maintaing these different names. KL&P was called in to design and run a uniform program for the employees. KrogerWear was created, and a robust online store launched in 2006. Each week, KL&P handles hundreds of custom orders, shipping out to individual homes and stores. All garments are custom-embroidered, individually folded and polybagged. The best part is that there is no inventory requirement...employees have a choice to order using a credit card, a company purchase order and even payroll deductions. www.krogerwear.com
In addition to the convenience store division, Kroger’s central region for grocery also utilizes KL&P for their uniform program. Both programs, headed up by KL&P’s Karen Thompson and fulfillment manager Nancy Bregman, provide a wide variety of apparel and accessories with the graphics of the many different store names. Both stores also utilize KL&P’s coupon feature, allowing management to offer certificates that give discounts and stored value redemption for online store purchases. www.KrogerEssentials.com
KL&P’s Heather Casteel manages the store program for Ryland. As one of America’s largest home builders, they are also named one of the most admired corporations. The district offices and employees of Ryland go the Ryland Gear Shop to acquire apparel, closing gifts, flags, floor mats and so much more. Available from their Intranet, the Gear Shop fulfills orders within 12 hours. www.pcxhost.com/launch/klp/rylandgear
Logitech's computer and technology products are distributed in over 100 countries. When we were asked to create an online company store with Logitech-branded merchandise several years ago, we launched Logitech Personal Gear. Vicki Kaufman manages this online answer to a series of concerns for graphic integrity, high quality products, good pricing and international distribution capability...all reflective of Logitech itself. www.logitech.com/personalgear
