Culture Management Systems

Oldcastle Materials/APAC is a multi-billion dollar supplier of aggregates, asphalt, concrete and paving services with 1400 locations worldwide. Several regional divisions in the central states have adopted The Safety Culture Management System™, a web-based management tool developed by KL&P Motivation. They are using it with over 2,300 employees to boost engagement, increase best practices and discretionary effort, and improve their levels of competence through the integrated e-learning feature.

They call it the Roads Program. As they engage, employees earn points, called Miles in this case, which are redeemable for a wide array of merchandise choices. Management can run a suite of reports that gauge leading indicators and involvement levels, providing an accurate view of the health of the safety culture.
